Camp Rio Blanco will begin accepting

rental inquiries in December 2025.

Facility rentals are available for groups looking to utilize Camp Rio Blanco's buildings and grounds for non-staffed events. Facility rentals are available for single days or overnight bookings. 

How to Inquire about Bookings:

1. Submit the form below to determine available camping dates. Available dates often fill up early.

2. Camp is available for rentals year-round. 

3. Once we receive your booking form, we will be in touch to confirm your rental with a contract and deposit form.

Facilities & Equipment Included for Rental Groups: 

1. Large recreation field wide games, etc. 

2. Large fire pit (pending fire ban)

3. Hiking

4. Board games and various sports equipment

5. Archery, Challenge Course, Rock wall and Low Ropes Elements can be reserved for a per person fee.

Facilities:

Bridwell Dining Hall - round tables and chairs. Large enough to sit 150 comfortably. All meals are provided and charged per person, per meal.

Lower Bridwell - 2 rooms (10 beds in small room, 20 beds in larger room) 2 bathrooms indoors, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, oven, stove and sink. 

Wrangler Cabins - Climate controlled cabins with single-size beds and mattresses for 6 (4 cabins)

Unit Houses (3) - Climate controlled program space upstairs with 6 ft tables and folding chairs and sleeping areas downstairs (16 single size bunk beds) 

Craft House  - tables and benches 

Bath houses (2) - can be divided into male and female sides, 4 showers, 4 stall toilets, sinks. 

Capacities:

96  (in bunkbeds in unit house basements) 
24 (capacity in cabins)

Rental Fees:

Meals are provided in the dining hall for an additional cost.  
Scouts are charged on a per unit basis.

All other groups are charged on a per person cost.
