FACILITY RENTALS
Inquiries & Reservations
Camp Rio Blanco will begin accepting rental inquiries in January 2026.
Facility rentals are available for groups looking to utilize Camp Rio Blanco’s buildings and grounds for non-staffed events. Rentals may be booked for single-day use or overnight stays.

How to Inquire About Bookings
-
Submit the form below to check available camping dates. You will be prompted to create an Ultra Camp account to complete your inquiry.
-
Scout, youth group and event organizers are encouraged to create a separate Ultra Camp account for their organization. This allows group reservations and events to be managed independently from personal or family bookings and events. Please note that a unique email address is required for each account.
-
Once we receive your Reservation Inquiry, we will contact you to confirm availability and provide a rental contract and deposit.
-
Rental Forms and Contracts are completed through your group's/organization's Ultra Camp account, a deposit is required for each rental and groups may choose to pay the remaining balance at once or set up a payment plan.
-
Camp Rio Blanco is available for rentals year-round.
