Camp Rio Blanco will begin accepting rental inquiries in January 2026.

Facility rentals are available for groups looking to utilize Camp Rio Blanco’s buildings and grounds for non-staffed events. Rentals may be booked for single-day use or overnight stays.

How to Inquire About Bookings

• Submit the form below to check available camping dates. You will be prompted to create an Ultra Camp account to complete your inquiry.

• Scout, youth group and event organizers are encouraged to create a separate Ultra Camp account for their organization. This allows group reservations and events to be managed independently from personal or family bookings and events. Please note that a unique email address is required for each account.

• Once we receive your Reservation Inquiry, we will contact you to confirm availability and provide a rental contract and deposit.

• Rental Forms and Contracts are completed through your group's/organization's Ultra Camp account, a deposit is required for each rental and groups may choose to pay the remaining balance at once or set up a payment plan.

• Camp Rio Blanco is available for rentals year-round.

  • Small room: 10 beds

  • Large room: 20 beds

• Kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and sink

Wrangler Cabins (4)

• Climate-controlled cabins

• Six single-size beds with mattresses per cabin

Unit Houses (3)

• Climate-controlled program space upstairs with 6- and 8-foot tables and folding chairs

• Sleeping areas downstairs with 16 single-size bunk beds per unit

Craft House

• Tables and benches

Bath Houses (2)

• Can be divided into male and female sides

• Four showers, four toilet stalls, and sinks

Tent Camping ($5 per tent)

• Groups may bring their own tents and set up in designated tent camping areas

• 96 guests (unit house bunk beds)

• 24 guests (cabins)

Rental Fees

At this time, all meals are provided in the dining hall.

All groups are charged a per-person rate, which includes lodging and meals.

• Day Use: $5 per person

• Overnight (per night): $11 per person

• Meals:

Staffed Activities (Add-On Fees)

Staffed Activities can be booked individually from overnight rentals or booked as an add on during a weekend rental. These are perfect for a Scout group or a youth group that just need a day trip activity!

• High Ropes Course - $30 per person. Age 10 and up

• Rock wall - $15 per person. Age 5 and up

• Low Ropes Elements - $10 per person. Age 5 and up

• Archery - $10 per person. Age 7 and up
