CAMP FACILITIES
Nestled just east of Lubbock beyond the Caprock, Camp Rio Blanco offers a blend of rustic charm and modern conveniences designed to inspire adventure and connection. Our camp features spacious cabins and cozy lodges, meeting spaces, and versatile activity areas for arts, crafts, and games. Outdoor enthusiasts will love our climbing wall, ropes courses, hiking trails, and open fields perfect for team sports or quiet reflection. The camp’s dining hall serves as a central gathering place, fostering community over shared meals, while fire pits, open spaces, and scenic overlooks provide the perfect backdrop for storytelling, campfires, and stargazing. Every corner of CRB is crafted to support exploration, learning, and lifelong memories.

BRIDWELL LODGE
Built in 1966, Bridwell Lodge is the central icon of Camp Rio Blanco. Upper Bridwell serves as the main dining hall and event space for big events and rentals. Upper Bridwell can seat 150 comfortably for meals. Upper Bridwell also contains a full size industrial kitchen and dishwashing area. Lower Bridwell serves as an event space and sleeping area for smaller groups or core event staff.

WRANGLER CABINS


Wrangler Cabins went through major renovations in 2024 and now have all new electrical, flooring, windows, lighting, beds and mattresses. They have mini split heating and a/c units as well.

Unit Houses

Each unit house has a large program area upstairs with tables and chairs available. Sink and water fountain also available upstairs.
Downstairs has 16 bunkbeds that sleep 32 people total.
