CAMP EVENTS
WEEKEND EVENTS AT CAMP RIO BLANCO
Weekends at Camp Rio Blanco invite families, troops, and individuals to step into adventure while making space for connection and growth. Our volunteer staff-led weekend events are designed to challenge and encourage participants through outdoor experiences that build confidence, teamwork, and courage—while also offering moments to slow down and be fully present.
From Mother–Daughter and Father–Son weekends that strengthen relationships, to Ropes Days and Girl Scout Troop Adventure Camps that inspire perseverance and problem-solving, each event balances high-energy activities with time to reflect and reconnect. Family Camps and Open Houses bring everyone together around shared experiences—exploring camp, gathering around campfires, and creating memories that last well beyond the weekend.
At Camp Rio Blanco, adventure and reflection go hand in hand, creating weekends that are both meaningful and unforgettable.
Event registration for Camp Rio Blanco is completed through Ultra Camp, where a deposit is required for each event and families may choose to pay the remaining balance at once, make payments or set up a convenient payment plan.

Ropes Course Days

Get ready for a full day of challenge and excitement high above the ground! Ropes Course Day brings campers, families, and adventure-seekers together for confidence-building fun and supportive team moments. From cheering each other on to celebrating personal victories, it’s the kind of day that leaves everyone feeling empowered. Join us and see what you can conquer! High Ropes are limited to participants age 10 years old and older.
Mother/Daughter Weekend Camp
March 27th - 29th, 2026
$300 per pair + $50 for each additional person
A heartwarming weekend designed for moms and daughters (or that special adult female) to reconnect, laugh, and create unforgettable memories together. Enjoy time outdoors, share meaningful conversations, and experience camp activities that bring you closer in all the best ways. Make this your weekend to celebrate the bond that’s uniquely yours!
Girl Scout Troop Adventure Camp (Registered Girl Scouts only)

This special camp weekend is built just for registered Girl Scout troops—full of exploration, outdoor skills, teamwork, and moments that spark true adventure. Whether troops are trying something brand-new or deepening friendships, every activity encourages growth and courage. Bring your troop and experience a camp adventure made just for Girl Scouts!
Father/Son Weekend Camp
June 12th - 14th, 2026
$300 per pair + $50 for each additional person
Swap the daily routine for a weekend packed with fresh air, shared challenges, and classic camp fun! Father/Son Camp is all about strengthening connections, trying new activities side by side, and making memories that last far beyond the weekend. Set aside the time—you’ll be glad you did!
Sunset Ropes Course
